  • The reserved puppy becomes unavailable due to illness, injury, or unforeseen circumstances before adoption.
  • A licensed veterinarian determines that the puppy has a serious congenital or hereditary condition covered under our Health Guarantee.
  • We are unable to fulfill the agreed-upon adoption due to circumstances on our end.

When applicable, customers may be offered:

  • A full refund.
  • A replacement puppy from a future litter.
  • Store credit toward another available puppy.

The resolution offered will depend on the specific situation.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued if:

  • The buyer changes their mind after placing a reservation.
  • The buyer is no longer able to care for the puppy.
  • Housing restrictions prevent ownership.
  • Family members or landlords do not approve of the adoption.
  • Travel or transportation arrangements change.
  • Personal financial circumstances change.
  • The buyer fails to complete the adoption process after reserving the puppy.

Returns

Because the health, safety, and well-being of our puppies are our highest priorities, we do not accept routine returns once a puppy has been placed in its new home.

However, if unforeseen circumstances prevent you from keeping your Cane Corso, we encourage you to contact us immediately. Depending on the situation, we may offer guidance or discuss possible rehoming options to help ensure the puppy’s welfare.


Health Concerns

If your puppy appears ill within the period covered by our Health Guarantee, you should:

  • Contact us immediately.
  • Have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian as soon as possible.
  • Provide any requested veterinary documentation.

Any compensation or replacement will be handled in accordance with the terms of our Health Guarantee.


Delivery Fees

Delivery, transportation, flight, or shipping fees are generally non-refundable once travel arrangements have been confirmed or completed.


Cancellations

If we must cancel your reservation due to circumstances beyond your control, you may receive:

  • A full refund of eligible payments.
  • A replacement puppy from an upcoming litter.
  • The option to transfer your reservation to another available puppy.
