Return & Refund Policy
2. Puppy Reservations & Deposits Any reservation payment or deposit made to secure a specific Cane Corso puppy is generally non-refundable once the puppy has been reserved. A reservation payment may prevent us from offering that puppy to other prospective families and may cover administrative, preparation, veterinary, or transportation arrangements.
3. Buyer Cancellation If a buyer changes their mind, decides they are no longer ready to take the puppy, or cancels the purchase for personal reasons, the reservation payment may not be refunded. We encourage prospective owners to carefully consider their decision and ensure they are prepared for the responsibility of owning a Cane Corso before placing a reservation.
4. Transfer of Reservation Where appropriate, and at our discretion, a reservation may be transferred to another available puppy or a future litter. Any transfer is subject to availability, applicable terms, and approval by our team.
5. Puppy Health Concerns The health and well-being of our puppies are extremely important to us. If a significant health concern is identified before the puppy leaves our care, we will communicate with the buyer and discuss the appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include postponing delivery, selecting another available puppy, or another mutually agreed arrangement.
6. Delivery & Transportation Issues Transportation delays, schedule changes, weather conditions, airline restrictions, regulatory requirements, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control do not automatically qualify for a refund. If a delivery issue occurs, we will communicate with the buyer and work toward a reasonable solution. Additional transportation expenses caused by circumstances outside our control may be the buyer's responsibility where applicable.
7. Returns After Delivery Because a puppy is a living animal, we generally do not accept returns simply because the buyer changes their mind after taking possession. If you experience an unexpected situation that prevents you from keeping your Cane Corso, please contact us as soon as possible. We may discuss responsible rehoming or return arrangements on a case-by-case basis. No puppy should ever be abandoned, surrendered irresponsibly, or transferred to an unsuitable environment.
8. Veterinary Examination We strongly recommend that every new owner arrange a veterinary examination shortly after bringing their puppy home. The buyer is responsible for continuing appropriate veterinary care, vaccinations, parasite prevention, nutrition, training, and general health management after receiving the puppy.
9. Refund Requests Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution. Approved refunds may be subject to deductions for non-recoverable expenses that were already incurred, where permitted by applicable law and the agreed purchase terms.
10. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions We reserve the right to investigate suspicious, fraudulent, disputed, or unauthorized transactions. Where fraud or unauthorized payment activity is reasonably suspected, we may suspend the transaction or reservation while the matter is reviewed.
11. Changes to This Policy We reserve the right to update this Return & Refund Policy when necessary to reflect changes in our services, procedures, or applicable legal requirements. The latest version published on this page will apply to future transactions.
